In San Diego, February means Museum Month….
February isn’t known as being the most kid-friendly month.
It gets dark early, it’s usually cold outside, and there’s no football or baseball to watch Today.
A time when museums throughout the county offer half-price admission. The promotion, sponsored by Macy’s, includes everything from the Balboa Park museums to smaller, boutique-style establishments.
“It gives residents and visitors a wonderful opportunity, and at great cost savings, to visit a museum,” said Theresa Kosen, executive director of the San Diego Museum Council. “And because museums have less traffic in February, it’s a good time to go visit them.”
When: Feb. 1-28
Where: At participating museums throughout San Diego County
Admission: Half-price passes are available for free at Macy’s stores in San Diego, Temecula and Imperial Valley.

The cafe is called Cafe Moto [2619 National AvenueSan Diego, California 92113]
I love this place, where you can find all types of latin american coffee, they do all the roasting of the coffee bean…and because is my favorite place.. the design is very industrial and they share my philosophy about Green Design, the store is constructed and designed with recycled materials and it’s electric energy is based on solar panels.
I recommend it!!!
