I love this place, where you can find all types of latin american coffee, they do all the roasting of the coffee bean…and because is my favorite place.. the design is very industrial and they share my philosophy about Green Design, the store is constructed and designed with recycled materials and it’s electric energy is based on solar panels.

I recommend it!!!

Ferran Adrià i elBulli

On one of my last travels to Spain I had the opportunity of visiting Ferran Adrià i elBulli. Risc, llibertat i creativitat exposition. I really want to think that there is no one who does not know about the great creativity of what has made this incredible and unique Chef. Risc, llibertat i creativitat. Realmente quisiera pensar que no existe persona que no esté por enterada de la gran creatividad de lo que hizo este magnífico e inigualable Chef. dear monday..busy week
